Founded by Felicita Wright, a registered nurse, author, entrepreneur, and healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience, NursWorks began as a vision to transform the way care is delivered. After working in hospitals, long-term care facilities, infusion therapy, home health, and community wellness programs across the U.S., Felicita saw the gaps,especially for people in vulnerable communities, elders, and those navigating grief, chronic illness, or new life transitions.
Through NursWorks, she created something different: a care model rooted in compassion, cultural understanding, and whole-person support where healthcare services, education, and storytelling come together.
From concierge nursing and infusion therapy to chronic care meal services, children’s books, and podcasting, NursWorks bridges clinical expertise with personal connection. Every offering is infused with a simple truth: healing doesn’t happen in silence, and care should never feel clinical, it should feel like home.
